Hi! I'm a fatty at heart!

Let me introduce myself:
My name is Bob Christie, and I have weighed as much as 291lbs! NOT NOW! I am a svelte (well sort of!) 207lbs and heading for 180. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life and am still struggling. I guess that is our lot in life when we are a fatty!!
For some of us "The Battle of the Bulge" is a constant ongoing war, and it gets worse.
Before I started on my journey I was a guy who was THE YOYO MAN! I put on weight and lost it, then put it on again, then took it off. I could never seem to keep it off. Then I started on the program here, and my life has changed – I have kept the weight off for over 2 years now, and am still losing weight slowly but surely. I have, for me, finally found the missing ingredient, so that I can now see a healthy long life stretching out in front of me.

Continuing weight loss

Well, the weight keeps coming off. Today, my ebook is getting closer. Looks like its about two weeks away. I'm really looking forward to getting it out there. had great discussion with young lady today, who thinks it is a great idea. What do you think?

Still losing weight

Gee I'm happy. I'm now down to 93.6kgs. Lighter than I've been in 30 years. Still can't believe how lucky I was coming across that RESET kit.

I lost 38kgs in 20 months, and it keeps coming off.

Hi from a real live fatty at heart!

My name is Bob Christie, and I used to be really fat. Over the last 2 years I have slowly but surely taken off the kgs, and now I'm finally getting somewhere. I am in the process of writing an EBook, but it is some way off yet, but I thought that there was a need for fat people at heart to get together and tell it how it is. Don't you get sick of skinny people telling you how to lose weight?

I know that they are doing their job, and it would be a bit funny if a fatty like us was the one telling us how to get skinny, wouldn't it?

But if we have lost weight, then it is better for us to support each other isn't it?
